Summary:
An HR Director, or Director of Human Resources, is responsible for overseeing HR management and department operations to adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
Their duties include communicating between company Executives and management, managing the HR department budget and coordinating with management to ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
Reports to:
Chief Executive Officer Education:
AA required, BA preferred/HRCI certification, or 10 years of HR experience
Experience:

Working with confidential information Principal Duties and Responsibilities ? Maintain Administrative policies and procedures ? Consult on wage and salary administration issues with CEO, CFO, Department Managers and others as appropriate.
? Coordinates all advertising of positions & career fairs to recruit new employees.
? Responsible for wage evaluations and employee benefit programs.
? Interprets and Communicates operating policies.
? Actively involved in the hiring process; performing background checks, creating offer letters and employment contracts ? Coordinates Travelers to fill position needs for the hospital.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
